I have been petrified of having blood tests done all my life and up until recently couldn't even take myself to get one done.
On one visit to the pathology Cathy spoke to me about making sure I hydrate properly and some staying calm techniques. She was super gentle and caring.
I followed all her instructions and the last 2 blood tests have been amazing. Being hydrated makes a massive difference so much so that my blood test this week I didn't even realise Cathy had started let alone finished.
Cathy has seriously changed my life as far as my anxiety over having a blood test. Cathy is brilliant, shes great at her job, efficient and a credit to Landsborough branch as well as being a nice person.
